  I'm usually not one to think much about my insurance, but I am very price conscious. That said, Jeff's customer service--- price-wise and otherwise-- has always been excellent, and I think I've been with him 12 years or so--- starting with a primary residence in Carmel, then a larger one in the Village of West Clay, renting out the former home, multiple vehicles, a few fender benders, etc. Jeff works his magic in the background and makes things go smoothly--- and has always responded promptly.

  Leasing department has made the process seamless, especially since we are relocating from out of state. Kim was a huge help to even FaceTime so we could see the unit.

  Overall crappiest place I've ever lived in. If I could have rated it a 0 star, I would have. The entire staff, save two people who were in maintenance, are complete jerks. If you have an issue, don't expect it to be reaolved. If, by some miracle it is, it'll take a ridiculous time being resolved. My apt smelled of smoke the entire time I lived there. I don't smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. When I addressed the issue, I was told that smokers have the right to smoke-in their appts apparently, so get over it. I asked, do I not have the right to breath clean air? Needless to say, the conversation deteriorated after that. My ac and heater broke 4 times since I rented this place. My first month's rent was cashed and deposited to some other person, then I was charged a late fee on top of rent with a terse letter saying I wasn't paying my bills...I had to prove two different ways that they made the mistake before they fixed this and never apologized; they made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. They don't keep up with the mowing and most dog owners let their dogs crap all over the lawns...and sometimes the sidewalk. Disgusting. As a dog owner, this isn't okay; well, apparently it is here. The general trash area is overflowing just shy of 100% of the time. The exception is when it is emptied, thought it builds up quickly. There are many other things I can share but I'll finish with these last two thoughts. The day I moved out, I scheduled a check out walk through...no one came. I waited just shy of 2 hours past my scheduled appointment. When I went to the clubhouse, they were completely closed. I had previously visited them twice and called twice, yet when I checked, yet again, they were completely shut down for a 2 hour lunch. I had to call the emergency hotline and leave a voicemail. I got called 15min later and was told just to lock my keys in the apt. That delayed my 14 hour trip horribly. Lastly, they tried to up my rent the last month I was there and I copied them a letter showing that I did not owe that and I would not pay it---I signed a contract already and wasn't going to be bullied into paying more (and, honestly, it's far too expensive for what you get). But when I got my security deposit back, I noticed they tried to hide the face that they STOLE that amount out of my security deposit! This place is shadey, has atrocious service, smells like an ash tray, and it's overall dishonest. I know this is a long post-and I'd love to tell you more-but please, please don't be fooled and rent a place here. Chances are great that you will regret it.
